Why We Build the Gun Before We Sell It
Most firearm retailers ship what the factory shipped them. We don’t. Every Omaha Outdoors “Combat” build starts as a stock pistol and finishes on our bench — sights swapped, slide milled for an optic when the platform calls for it, and the whole package Cerakoted in a color our customer actually picked. It’s slower. It’s how we like it.
That in-house shop is also why we can tell you the difference between a Glock 19 that runs a suppressor cleanly and one that doesn’t, or which P320 grip module fits a shooter with medium hands. We stock, we build, and we shoot. The catalog you see on this page is the short list of what we’re willing to put our name on this season.

Our Cerakote services aren’t outsourced. Every finish — from a solid Sniper Gray on a P226 slide to a full multi-color camo pattern on a rifle stock — comes off our own bench, applied by the same technicians who’ve been running the oven for years.

Is Omaha Outdoors an authorized Glock and Sig Sauer dealer?
Yes. We are a fully licensed FFL and an authorized retailer for Glock, Sig Sauer, and every other manufacturer in our catalog. Every firearm we sell is new, factory-fresh, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our own service backing.
What is the difference between a stock Glock 19 and your Glock 19 Combat?
The Glock 19 Combat is our in-house build on a factory G19 platform. It typically includes an optic-ready slide cut, upgraded suppressor-height night sights, a match-grade trigger, and a Cerakote finish in the customer’s chosen color. The base pistol is the same reliable Glock — the Combat package makes it optic-ready and duty-configured out of the box.
How does your Cerakote service work?
Ship us your firearm (or bring it in), tell us the color and coverage — slide only, full frame, complete pistol, or rifle components — and our shop handles the rest. Every Cerakote job is applied and cured in-house by our own technicians. Turnaround is generally faster than industry average and every finish is warrantied against normal wear.
Do you carry the LVOA rifle in stock?
We stock the War Sport LVOA in multiple configurations when available, and we can source specific builds on request. Because the LVOA is a lower-volume rifle, availability changes often — the fastest way to get current stock is to check the rifles collection or reach out to our team directly.
Can you help me choose between the Sig P320 and the P226?
Yes — that’s a conversation we have almost every day. The P320 is striker-fired, modular, and optic-ready straight from the factory; the P226 is hammer-fired DA/SA with a legendary track record and a heavier duty feel. Which one is right depends on your intended use, hand size, and whether you want to run a red dot. Call or email us and we’ll walk you through it.
